DRYFRAME® ships to anywhere in Canada and the USA.

Choose your ship speed

When you place your order you will be given a variety of shipping choices. If you can wait a few days to receive your DRYFRAME®purchase then we can offer you free shipping when you order over $100 in merchandise. If you just can’t wait, we know, these jackets are too good to wait for, then simply choose how fast you want your order in your hands.

Canada Post Shipping Options:
  • Expedited Shipping – Free on orders over $100. Arrival in 2-7 days
  • Priority Shipping – Pay a little more and get your order in 1-2 days
Orders shipping to the USA are only eligible for Expedited Shipping and will arrive in 4-7 business days.

UPS Shipping Options:
  • UPS Ground Service within Canada 2-4 days
*Shipping expectations may be extended for remote and/or rural communities.

So you’ve placed your order, now what?

  • You will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we have received your order and we’re packing it up for you
  • When your order leaves our building, you will receive a second email with your shipping details and a tracking number
  • Make sure to keep these emails until your purchase has arrived

View your order status and track your order

You’re excited and you want to know where your package is; we can help!
  • Find “Order Status” on the bottom navigation bar
  • Find your order by filling in your information
  • Your Order ID can be found on your confirmation and shipping emails
  • You will see your orders magically appear with options on the right to either view order or re-order
  • Re-order option is a fast way to start a new order
  • View Order option will show your order details
  • You have the option to Track Your Order
  • Click “Track Your Order” found under your billing address
  • You will see a Tracking Number and the Carrier Information – highlight and copy your tracking number, or write it down, whichever is better for you!
  • Click the “Tracking Link” to access the carrier site
  • Enter your tracking number and presto! You’ve got it!

Delivery

Your shipping email will detail how many packages will be delivered. We don’t want you to wait for your order, so we may ship from more than one warehouse. All this means is that you may receive more than one package and they may arrive on different days, but hey, that just means more fun packages to open!
