DRYFRAME® is the SELLER. The BUYER is the person stated as BUYER on the Purchase Agreement. The desired purchase, along with receipt of payment constitutes the AGREEMENT.

The Site is the DRYFRAME® website where you are viewing these Terms and Conditions.

The Terms and Conditions change periodically, so it is recommended that you review these Term and Conditions with every visit to the Site.

The Site includes everything posted on or provided through pages posted on the DRYFRAME® website at www.dryframe.com, including but not limited to the following:


Everything you see, hear, or otherwise receive from or on the DRYFRAME® website. Content includes but is not limited to all software, images, graphics, photographs, trademarks, logos, trade names, text, documents, sounds, and any services provided through the website.

Intellectual Property:

Unless otherwise noted, all Content is copyright, trademark, trade dress or other intellectual property owned or licensed by DRYFRAME® or its licensors.

All copyrighted and copyrightable materials on this Site, include but are not limited to, the design, text, typography, product information, graphics, images, videos, sound files thereof are ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.


DRYFRAME®, DRYFRAME.com, the DRYFRAME®  logo and any proprietary product or service names contained in this site are either trademarks or registered trademarks of DRYFRAME.com or its licensors, and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of DRYFRAME®. In addition, all page headers, custom graphics, button icons and scripts are service marks, trademarks and/or trade dress of DRYFRAME®, and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without prior written permission from DRYFRAME®. All other trademarks, registered trademarks, product names and company names or logos mentioned herein are the property of their respective owners.

Lawful Use Only

The DRYFRAME® Site, name, products, logo and/or related phrases are not permitted to be used in an unlawful or harmful way and:

  • Violate no one else’s rights, including copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy, publicity or other rights.
  • Keep unchanged all copyright and other notices provided with content on the Site.
  • Use reasonable efforts to protect the content from unauthorized use, modification, reproduction, distribution or publication.
  • Do not portray DRYFRAME® or its products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or offensive way.
  • Do not copy, change, translate, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, loan, lease or sublicense software obtained from the Site or any copy thereof.

You may not upload, post, transmit, distribute or otherwise publish on or to the Site any of the following:

  • Software virus or other harmful component.
  • Advertising or commercial material of any kind, except as expressly invited by DRYFRAME®.
  • False, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise unlawful material.

User Submissions. Information you transmit to the Site is not confidential or proprietary. DRYFRAME® may use any information you transmit through the Site on an unrestricted basis. This may include personal information about you and your use of the Site.

Termination. Your failure to comply with any of the Terms automatically revokes your authorization to use the Site.


Prices & Fees

Prices and Price changes: The prices you see on the website do not include applicable taxes or shipping.

Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of new Federal or Provincial/State Taxes or legislation affecting the cost of items shown herein, DRYFRAME® reserves the right to increase prices proportionately.

All prices are subject to applicable Federal and/or Provincial/State Sales Tax unless a prescribed form of exemption is provided. Merchandise is subject to change or withdrawal without notice. We assume no liability to delays or failure to deliver due to our inability to obtain supplies. Orders that we are unable to complete will be reimbursed.

Prices are in Canadian or American dollars. It is important that the Buyer choose the correct currency to avoid delays in the arrival of your order. The currency will be automatically generated based on your IP address; however, it is the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct currency has been selected at time of payment. 

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping: When your order has been shipped out of our building, you will receive an email with the shipping confirmation and a tracking number. The address that your order will be sent to will be on that shipping confirmation as well as a break-down of how many packages you can expect to receive. Once the order has been submitted, DRYFRAME® cannot change anything about the ship-to location; it is the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure the address accuracy.

If the Buyer made an error on the ship-to address, the order will have to be Returned-To-Sender before it can be re-shipped.

Shipping Charges: Shipping costs of all online orders are an estimate only and are calculated based on the ship to location. The online order’s shipping estimate will not be the final charge on your invoice, as the final freight varies by actual shipment weight, and chosen carrier. The actual cost of the freight you will pay will show on your final invoice.


Delivery will be made to the address that the Buyer input during the order process. If you have missed your delivery, please refer to your Shipping Confirmation email for details and a tracking number.

Your shipping confirmation email will detail how many packages will be delivered. We don’t want you to wait for your order, so we may ship from more than one warehouse.

The date of delivery will depend on the Buyer’s chosen method of delivery and will appear in the Shipping Confirmation.

DRYFRAME® reserved the right to cancel any order at any time. If DRYFRAME® chooses to cancel your order; your money will be refunded.

Product Risk of Damage

If the time of delivery has arrived and the Buyer fails to have the Product delivered to him and/or has failed to pick-up the Product after the Product is made available to the Buyer, the Buyer will be responsible for any loss of or damage to the Product.

Upon Delivery the Buyer should examine the Product to ensure that it is correct in accordance with the Order Confirmation and Shipping Confirmation and was not damaged in transport. If the delivery does not match the Order Confirmation or the Product was damaged in transport the Buyer must give notice to the Seller within 60 days. This notice must be made in writing to customerservice@dryframe.com. This may or may not lead to the Buyer being directed to fill out a Return Authorization and print out a mailing slip. The package must be shipped back to DRYFRAME® within 60 days from the delivery date. Packages that were mailed after the 60 day return policy deadline, may be declined a refund.

If at any time, after Delivery, the Product is found to be defective, the Buyer must, within 60 days of discovering the defect, send notice in writing to customerservice@dryframe.com.


Payment Options:  We currently accept Visa®, Visa Debit, MasterCard®, Debit MasterCard,Discover® and Paypal. In compliance with PCI (Payment Card Industry), we do not save or store credit card/payment information.

Payment Processing: Your payment is processed the moment you confirm your purchase for order. The Seller may decline the Buyer’s Order if the payment through the Buyer’s debit or credit card is declined.

Password Protection

In compliance with PCI (Payment Card Industry), we do not save or store credit card/payment information; however, we still encourage you to keep your information private and to not share your password.

DRYFRAME® may at its discretion and at any time require proof of the identity of any person seeking access to and/or use of the Site, and may deny access if not satisfied with the proof provided.

Locked out: After five unsuccessful attempts to log in you will be locked out of the system for 30 minutes. This is for your protection as well as ours.

Governing Law: This agreement, your access to and use of the website, and all related matters are governed by the Federal Laws of Canada. DRYFRAME® is not under any obligation to verify the identity or authority of any person using a password to access and use this website.


Product Descriptions: Many product descriptions include the weight of the fabric in ounces. All weights included in the product descriptions are averages based on the colour offered for that specific item. Due to printing limitations and screen variations, some colours shown on the Site may vary slightly from the actual garment colour.

Errors, Omissions & Inaccuracies: Occasionally on our Site, there may be a typographical, image related or pricing error. We reserve the right to correct these errors and to alter any order at any time, without prior notice, (including after your order has been submitted). If the price on the site is lower than the actual price, we will contact you to confirm your order prior to the order being processed for Delivery.

Limited Lifetime Warranty: DryFrame® products purchased from an *Authorized Retailer are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. The products eligible for the Limited Lifetime Warranty are covered to the original owner, for the lifetime of the product – which means the wearable life of the product.
If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the product free of charge, or replace it at our discretion. If the exact style is not available for replacement, a product of equal value and similar style will be provided.
This warranty does not cover any repairs needed due to accidents, improper care, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

Cancelling an Order

Your order is processed and paid for the moment you complete your online transaction. Due to DRYFRAME® immediate shipping system, orders can only be cancelled within 5 minutes of the order completion. You can call 1-833-424-4267 to see if you are able to cancel your order.

DRYFRAME® reserved the right to not cancel orders that have already begun the immediate shipping system.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Return Authorization Form is filled out within 60 days of purchase
  • Product is unwashed, undamaged, and is sent back with no missing parts
  • You are allowed to try on products, but not permitted to wear them outside
  • Product still has its original tags attached
  • Return tracking information is kept (in the event the product is lost in transit)
  • DRYFRAME® reserves the right to not issue a Return Authorization Form
Export Shipments: 

Currently DRYFRAME® only ships to within Canada and the USA.
